Antique blue onion water pitcher!!! Fabulous!!! 12 in tall, most likely at one time part of a water bowl/pitcher set. Marked Villeroy & Boch, Dresden. Dresden was heavily bombed in WW11. Also Dresden is a very old mark (c1900). Eventually instead of names of cities, country name of origin was required. As in Germany.....but all began before WW11.
