Roasted green beans with olive oil and fresh parmesan. yummy side dish. I made these tonight and they were SO---yummy. I did alter the recipe by lowering the oven temp to 350. They came out crunchy, yet cooked perfect. They were not mushy at all. DEFFINATELY making these again! They were a simple side dish....yet I still give theme a 9 out of perfect 10 score.
