Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray. **UPDATE**- Tried these! Oh my gosh delicious! And so easy to make. But really make sure you spray your pan, they will stick if you don't. Also, make them small they're easier to flip. Instead if a blender I used a manual food processor and it worked just fine! This recipe made about 6 pancakes 2inches in diameter.
