Chicken Taco salad that's HEALTHY! There's black beans, corn, green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, chicken, avocado & tortilla chips. All tossed together with a taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt. Another dressing idea is to use 1 cup of salsa mixed with 1/4 cup low fat ranch dressing. I shake it up in a container with a lid until combined. It's like the dressing on the Applebee's Southwest Chicken Salad.

True story! I love it! Its been a good 3 or 4 weeks sense my last good workout. This summer work out plan didnt work as planed. I was to busy. Been saying I will start when school comes back, but I think its best unplanned and just go hard again. I didnt give up, just slid backwards. Still going, now No exuses. Im not a naturally skinny girl, so what? Its caused me to want to be more then skinny, but fit. You could call me worse then fat, you could call me lazy. * Colossians 3:23*
