Puff paint microwave-1 tblsp of each: flour and salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tblsp plus 1 or 2 more tsps of water; several drops of food coloring. Paint on paper and place in microwave 20 sec to puff and dry

1 tbsp cornstarch, 4-6 pumps baby shampoo, 2-3 drops food coloring, 1-2 tsp water = voila! bathtub paint.

Paint in ziplock bags, taped to table. What a great, no mess, idea!
