French Toast Recipe

6 Eggo Homestyle waffles 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 3 tablespoons cinnamon Toast waffles and set aside. Melt butter in microwave, and place in a shallow bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon and place in a second shallow bowl. Dip waffles in butter and then in cinnamon sugar, shaking off the excess. Repeat for remaining waffles. Serve immediately.

German pancakes -easy! 450 F for 15-20min. INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 450 F. Place a pie dish, or cast iron skillet, in the oven. By hand, or in the blender, combine the eggs, vanilla, salt, and milk. Blend for a few seconds, until smooth. Add the flour, and mix only until incorporated. With the pan still in the oven, put the butter into the pan. When the butter has melted, remove the pan and gently pour that batter into the center of the pan. Return the pan to the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden. Serve with syrup, powdered sugar and lemon, sour cream and brown sugar, or whatever else suits your fancy!

Basic Crepes 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1 cup flour 3 tbs butter 1/8 ts salt 1 tbs sugar 1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. 2. Blend on low-speed. 3. Place in fridge. 4. Heat medium-sized frying pan on stove over medium heat. 5. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter in frying pan and swirl around to spread thin. 6. Cook for 1 minute. 7. Flip/turn over and cook for another 20 seconds.
