Sweet Ham Steak - 1 bone-in fully cooked ham steak (2 pounds), 5 tablespoons butter, cubed 5 tablespoons brown sugar In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ham steak on both sides; drain. Remove ham. In the same skillet, melt the butter; stir in brown sugar. Return ham to skillet; cook until heated through, turning often. Yield: 6-8 servings.
French Onion Pork Chops*Paula Deen* 4 boneless pork chops 2 packs of french onion soup mix 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 eggs Preheat oven to 400.In one pan, crack the egg and beat it. In another mix together the breadcrumbs and soup mix.Coat the pork chops with the beaten egg, and then with the breadcrumb mixture; take care to coat both sides.Place pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.
You put 1 can wilderness apple pie filling in the bottom of the pan. Add thin cut boneless pork chops and top with stovetop (mix it according to directions first). Bake covered for 30 or so min at 350 then uncover and finish baking 15 minutes. Stolen from @Tina Doshi Doshi Doshi Noordhoff :)
