Great Finger Food Ideas for Parties (Bite Size Pancake Stacks w/ Syrup, French Fries in Ketchup Shot Glasses, Cookies on Milk Cups) American style party food
Finger food ideas - i like the mini hot dogs honestly. And mini grilled cheeses -- dude. We could make a grilled cheese station super easy if we wanted. Just get a little campingstove thing and one of the girls (Court and Hay I mean) could cook peoples creations. :) That way any meat or side stuff we put out for it wouldnt have to stay warm since it would get warmed in the cooking process. Late night snack idea?

Paper Fan Backdrops
(via Kara's Party Ideas) I have to admit, I have had a bit of an obsession with Paper Fan Backdrops for a while. They are just so darn pretty. And besides being a lot of bang for your buck, they can be so beautifully expressive. I love how these clustered fans help to capture the feel of a tree... (via Amy Atlas) (via Inspired Bride) Or just a few simple well placed fans can add the right focal point to the table... (via forget me knot weddings) (via itsybelle) (via Grey Grey Designs) And when layered and grouped they can create some amazing drama! Love for table settings
One of my best memories growing up with my brother (not many, he was older lol) was playing cars. I think a car theme fits many ages! Set up a great buffet with lots of goodies. Use bold black and white patterns to coordinate with your theme! I love the silhouette on this cake, too with one pop of color! Source Add a little flare to mini burgers or sandwiches with checkered flags! I love the coordinating buffet cards, too! Source Make traffic light cookies with red, yellow and green candies on a popsicle stick! Source unknown :o( Add a little frosting to your drink station just by adding a "refuel" sign! Love themed signage! She even had oil funnels at the milk station! Source Add white stripes to an inexpensive black table cloth, use green, yellow and red plates! Source My FAV cake/cupcakes I found for this theme! How dang cute are these?!? Source, and here is a good tutorial for the race car.
