Hunny Pops inspired by Winnie the Pooh Did you know that honey is a great way to soothe a sore throat? It’s also used as a cough suppressant. According to some studies honey works better than over-the-counter cough medicine for nighttime coughing (source). So while I was taking a trip down memory lane and watching that silly old bear and his adorable friends, I decided to make some HoneyPops.
Anti-Nausea Honey: 2 c raw honey, 1/4 c dried lemon balm, 1/4 c dried peppermint. Pour all ingredients in saucepan on low heat, stir and infuse for 2-3 hours. Strain liquid into a pint size jar. To use, just take a spoon or use in tea. Found on Modern Alternative Mama on Facebook
