Slow Cooker BBQ Cranberry Meatballs Recipe: Ingredients: 1 (24 oz) pkg. frozen meatballs (I used turkey meatballs) 2 (14 oz) cans jellied cranberry sauce 2 (20 oz) bottles of BBQ sauce Directions: Combine jellied cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce in a crock pot and stir until smooth. Add meatballs and stir until well coated. Cook for 2-5 hours on low. Serve over rice or with toothpicks.
Smell so good when baking! Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels: 1 (16 oz) bag pretzel twists, 1/2 cup veg oil, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon. Preheat oven to 300. Pour pretzels into a roasting pan. Mix together oil, cinnamon and sugar. Pour on pretzels, stir to coat. Bake 30 mins, stirring twice during baking time.
Fresh Crudites already w/ dip and eatable holders: buttermilk-peppercorn, roasted pepper and artichoke, & my light green goddess, or light chickpea mayo. Their bowls -- partially hollowed-out slices of baguettes in pumpernickel, sourdough, and multi grain/seeded -- so doing this next party! (try green beans; jicama; orange bells; skewered grape tomatoes, etc....)
Apple Snack - You WILL be addicted - uses only an apple, orange and lemon. Seriously the best apple snack ever. I ate 3 apples today because I couldn't stop. Can also make in mornings, put in ziplock and take for lunches!
