Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.

Slow cooker spinach and tortellini soup - very yummy soup. Reminds me of Zuppa Toscana because of the light creamy consistency and the dark greens. I did not make it in the slow cooker, but instead just cooked it slowly in a large pot. I made the white (Béchamel sauce) from scratch. I added ground Italian sausage to make it heartier and red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
