    Is it possible to use food coloring to change the color? Or does that mess it up?

    You know that is a good question. I am making a batch in a little bit I will add some food coloring to it and see how it goes and let you know.

    Okay, dough made using gel food coloring and it still worked just as well. The dough had little speckled bits of the color but overall the dough did incorporate well with the color. Go for it!
