made this without broccoli (the men in the family are anti veggie ;)) .. also did not stick to the "low fat" alternatives since the point of this was comfort food! it was pretty darn tasty! added breadcrumbs and baked for 20 minutes at 400 to crisp.

TRIED-Pesto Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Roasted Asparagus/Delicious. I used whole wheat shells, store bought pesto and shredded mozarella. I also cut the asparagus in pieces before I roasted it. The fried egg on the top was awesome.Will make again.
