I love the unity between both contrasting hands. Not to mention the small heart created between the two shows an additional meaning behind the connection....love.

History Votes For Women, 1911
A Votes For Women poster from 1911 ($50) is a beautiful reminder of how far we've come.
"Votes for Women": The Women's Suffrage Campaign in Middleborough, 1856-1920 Early 19th c. MA described as “a crucible of reform movements.” Providing women the vote was considered of great consequence. Transcendentalist Bronson Alcott, father of Louisa May Alcott, argued that enfranchisement of women was "the reform of reforms,” while Alcott’s wife Abigail, argued that female suffrage was essential to "the welfare and progress of the state." In time, many residents would agree.

WoodStock- August 15 16 17, 1969 The Woodstock Festival was a three-day concert (which rolled into a fourth day) The Woodstock Music Festival of 1969 has become an icon of the 1960s hippie counterculture. The Woodstock Music & Art Fair was a music festival, billed as "An Aquarian Exposition: 3 Days of Peace & Music". Held at Max Yasgur's 600-acre dairy farm in the Catskills. Thirty-two acts performed outdoors for 500,000 concert-goers ~ These moments changed the history of Rock and Roll.
The Woodstock 1969 Poster designed by legendary artist Arnold Skolnick. Woodstock Music & Art Fair was a music festival, billed as "An Aquarian Exposition: 3 Days of Peace & Music". It was held at Max Yasgur's 600-acre dairy farm near the hamlet of White Lake in the town of Bethel, New York, from August 15 to August 18, 1969.
The original Woodstock poster is one of the most famous pieces of music art. The legendary image of the dove perched on the neck of a guitar has become one of the works of art that defined the entire Woodstock Nation. Woodstock Ventures contracted Arnold Skolnick to create the visual representation of Woodstock 1969 with a poster for a music and art fair lasting 3 days that was to be peaceful. His approach and inspiration comes from the philosophy that "the solution is the problem".
