Cantaloupe and kiwi sorbets! Love using my ice cream maker for healthier things!

Cucumber basil sorbet:  4 cups chopped cucumber 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons rum Method: Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.  Pour into an ice cream maker and process until the mixture is thick and creamy.
