This is Cassola, a shockingly simple- and quick-to-make cake, which can be made into individual portions or one large cake. No gluten, no grain. Cassola is sweet, creamy, and delicate (and naturally low-fat! but you could never tell). This is an ancient Jewish Roman dessert, which the Roman Catholic community has adopted as the dessert of choice for Christmas dinner.
Dreyer's Peach Bowl & Frozen Custard: Peaches and cinnamon are a match made in dessert heaven! After halving a peach, sprinkle it with brown sugar and broil for 4-5 minutes until the sugar begins to caramelize. OMG! I am hesitating to pin this because I am afraid someone will make it before I get to serve it for my event. I made it for my family just to try it and it is one of my new favorite things. It has "WOW" factor!
