Quinoa Chili {Vegetarian} Ingredients: 1 (15 oz) can S&W Black beans, 2 (15 oz) cans S&W Kidney beans, 1/2 c. cilantro, 1/2 t. coriander, 1 1/2 c. corn, 4 cloves garlic, 1 can green chiles, 1 lime, 2 cans tomatoes, 1 yellow onion, 1 can tomato sauce, 2 c. quinoa, cooked, 1/2 t. cayenne pepper, 2 1/2 T. chili powder, 2 t. cocoa powder, 1/2 t. sugar, 1 1/2 t. paprika, Salt & freshly ground black pepper, 1 T. EVOO, 2 t. cumin, 1/2 c. H20
