    INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Warm up your juicer, turn it on, let it run for a minute. Now get to juicing! 2. Start with the Garlic cloves, red onion, green pepper. Follow that with the lemon to flush out all the delicious goodness. 3. Next comes the kale/beet greens. 4. Follow with your cucumber, celery, carrots, and beet. (In that order)V5. Get that parsley in there! Not too much though, small handful. 6. Finish with the tomatoes. 7. Strain the juice into a bowl, then transfer to a glass jar. Add a shake of Jane's Krazy Salt 8. Enjoy. Seriously, this is to die for.
