homemade jello fruit snacks. 1 (3 oz) box gelatin, any flavor, 2 (.25 oz) envelopes unflavored gelatin (1 box does work) and 1/3 cup water. Lightly spray jello mold with cooking spray. In a small saucepan, sprinkle jello over water. Heat over medium heat and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into molds and allow to sit for approximately 20 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy! No refrigeration needed.
