JEAN HARLOW. Born: March 3,1911, in Missouri. Died: June 7, 1937 (aged 26). Her big break came when she landed a role in the Howard Hughes' World War I epic "Hell's Angels" (1930). Starred in "Platinum Blonde" (1931). Paired with Clark Gable in "Red Dust" (1932). Played the part of Lola Burns in "Blonde Bombshell" (1933). Co starred with Spencer Tracy in "Riffraff" (1936). Hospitalised with uremic poisoning brought on by acute nephritis while filming "Saratoga" (1937) and died from the ailment.
