The US Army World Class Athlete Program- WCAP provides outstanding Soldier-athletes the support and training to compete and succeed in national and international competitions leading to Olympic and Paralympic Games, while maintaining a professional military career. This year, 10 Soldiers have qualified to represent our Nation at the 2012 Olympic Games and there are another 6 Soldiers (Hopefuls) that may also make the Olympic Team. Army Strong!
Quadruple Amputee Undergoes Surgery After Afghanistan Blast
Army Staff Sgt. Travis Mills of Vassar, Mich. lost his arms and legs during his third tour in Afghanistan last week underwent surgery Monday as supporters from around the globe offer prayers and messages of hope.
