Tufted Headboard tutorial    Notes: Another way to do the tufting is to simply thread an upholstery needle with cord, stick it through the hole in the plywood back, and bring it to the front of the headboard. Thread the button on to the cord and stick the needle through to the back again. Then pull tight and staple the cord a few times, then fold it back the other way and staple 2-3 times again. Done.
