FAST, easy, healthy, cheap meal? Toss asparagus on one side of a foil-lined baking sheet, chicken cutlets on the other. Olive oil and salt on everything. Just okay, but probably would have been better if I would have had all the ingredients. Sun dried tomatoes were too expensive so I substituted both them and the fresh Romas with canned fire roasted tomatoes. Nice change from regular spaghetti.
