Margaritas by the Gallon: 6 cups tequila (you’ll need to buy two fifths for this) 2½ cups triple sec (just buy one fifth) 2½ cups fresh lime juice 2½ cups fresh lemon juice 2 cups simple syrup **Mix ingredients together in gallon container. Don’t forget to refrigerate! When ready to serve, pour mixture into a 16-ounce glass filled with ice. Salted rim is optional. Makes 21 margaritas.

Absolutely THE BEST Bloody Mary Ever Recipe makes large pitcher, 8 - 10 cocktails 1 quart of tomato juice 2 1/2 cups vodka 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon horseradish 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon tabasco 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons lime juice 1/4 teaspoon celery salt 1 teaspoon grated fresh onion Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher and pour over ice in a cocktail glass. Add a stick of celery, slice of jalapeno, and/or olives to garnish.

Watermelon soaked in tequila and dipped in coarse salt...a margarita you can eat on the beach!
