WORTH A TRY
Homemade Air Freshener 2 cups hot water 1/8 cup baking soda (as we've mentioned before, baking soda is great for removing odors) 1/2 cup lemon juice (bottled - even expired! - works fine too) Dissolve your baking soda completely in the hot water. Then add your lemon juice. Be careful with this step, as adding the lemon juice can make it erupt like a grade school science project
Jewelry Cleaner from Food.com: This recipe is from wire-sculpture.com. I couldn't believe how dirty my watch and silver jewelry were when I tried it. Yuck! This saves money and is safe for you and the environment. The solution can be very drying to your hands so consider using rubber gloves or even tweezers to handle the jewelry.
Natural Cleaner: Orange peels, vinegar in a quart jar, let sit for 10 days or so...strain out the liquid and use as an all-purpose cleaner. Easy, cheap, natural, smells good! - I will have to try this, we eat a lot of oranges & I have just discovered the amazing cleaning ability of vinegar. Hopefully this will make it smell better though!

Let the water and baking soda work at decomposing and sterilizing the grime for 10 minutes. 5. After 10 minutes, pour 1 cup of bleach down the drain to completely kill any remaining mildew or bacteria. this process every few months. It will also keep the nasty mildew smell at bay.
