Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice- this looks so intriguing to me; except I hate processed foods and despise canned cream of anything. I wonder if I can make it cleaner. Maybe a mac'n cheese style (gluten free, of course) with rice and corn, maybe add some chicken or crab. Thoughts out there?
