Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic
Baked cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
Great snack or side to any meal! Chop a baby cucumber and add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chile powder on top! So refreshing in summer heat.
spread frozen corn on baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and salt & pepper. broil for 5 minutes. so good!
