This is the drop 10 workout; I am on day 2 and...Yawn...Yawn...Did I say...Yawn? Not sure how I will break any plateau with this. A beginner is sure to drop weight with it, but this is cake walk for me. If anyone tries this and actually loses 10 pounds, I want to hear from you!:) I eat a mostly clean diet and work out daily. I have done P90X and find this to be a fun workout to add to stuff I already do. My HRM tells me I burn 65 calories with it.

I love this! Write a bunch of exercises on popsicle sticks and put them in one cup. Whenever you have a chance (maybe during commercial breaks!) , grab one, do what it says, and move the stick to the Done cup.

put many different exercises in 1 cup and pick a certain number of them at random for your daily work out. put them in the done cup when you've finished. then when you've gone through all the popsicle sticks, put them back in the daily workout cup and start over! good way to keep your work out fresh so as to not do the same routine everyday and create muscle memory. This is a great Idea!!
