I love this loft kitchen. Love the gorgeous wood floors, the brick wall, the black island with black granite counters. Love the windows, but most of all, I love that awesome copper hood and exposed brick!
Philly Cheese steak Stew with Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions, served in a Sourdough Bread Bowl topped with Melted Provolone. This sounds amazing! I bet the stew could be successfully doubled or tripled to put in the freezer.
Chicken rolls w/asparagus and mozzarella - a quick, easy, and healthy weeknight dinner choice! --- I would cut up the asparagus so it would be sticking out, seems difficult to eat. More like Chicken Cordon Bleu with Asparagus instead of ham.
