No real "tutorial" here, but what a creative IDE for your English classes! Give each student a page torn from a book; ask them to circle passages or phrases to create a poem and then design a fingerprint-y swirls around it. No two will be alike!

"A Poem Is..." {by Disney}  This is a great little video inspiring children to fall in love poetry.  It would be a great introductory piece to the unit.
