7 Overnight Oats That Are Perfect For A Quick Breakfast
This process doesn’t require any microwave or stove time and offers you a way to start your day out on a healthy foot with very little effort. While the possibilities for overnight oats are almost endless, these are a few of our favorites.
Healthy Dutch Oven Chicken: Slice yellow onion, layer bottom of pot. Brush chicken with oil. Salt/Pep chicken, place in pot. Pour 1 cp chicken broth into bottom of pot. Press 3 garlic cloves, put garlic in broth. Cut potatoes in half, place in pot with carrots. Place spring onion or leeks in pot with 2 sprigs each fresh Thyme and Rosemary. Salt/Pep veggies. Place Dutch Oven on wood stove, or oven until internal chicken breast temp is 165 degrees. Approx cook time is 2 hours. (oven temp 350)
