5 Ingredient Quinoa Mac and Cheese Recipe - Success! Made for girls night on 3/27/14. 5-10 min before the dish was ready, I took it out of the oven, added an extra layer of shredded cheese and broiled it on low. The slightly crispy layer of melted cheese was a great move. For next time, I'd go heavier on the butternut squash purée. A lot of the moisture bakes out, so start heavy to end up with much more cream in the end.
