Is she fit? Is she strong? Is she hot? Yes x3. Ladies, you don't get that body by JUST doing cardio. Become a Queen. Not a cardio queen. Some make argue that is "too much" muscle (nonsense). But rest assured, that body is much easier to undo than it is to build. Do me a favor, just *try* to get there, if you make it, chances are you'll want to keep it. If you fail, you'll still be in the best shape of your life. Strong is the new skinny. Strong is beautiful.
