oh my gosh. Chicken Taco salad that's HEALTHY! There's black beans, corn, green peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, chicken, avocado & tortilla chips. All tossed together with a taco ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt.
One lady said she has lost weight consuming more calories of all-natural food than by counting calories, fats, carbs, etc on industrialized processed foods. These meal plans are healthy versions of what my family already eats (read: whole-wheat waffles, whole wheat mac with homemade cheese sauce, peanut butter and jelly, fruit smoothies et cetera)
Creamy avocado pasta sauce - this stuff is so good! 1 medium sized ripe Avocado, pitted 1/2 lemon, juiced + lemon zest to garnish 2-3 garlic cloves, to taste 1/2 tsp kosher salt, or to taste 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, (optional) 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 servings/6 oz of your choice of pasta Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
