Superbowl Sunday Appetizer! 2 lbs. fully cooked kielbasa sausage 3/4 brown sugar 1 cup chunky applesauce 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced Preparation: Cut kielbasa into 1" pieces and combine with brown sugar, applesauce, and mustard in 3 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours until thoroughly heated. 12 appetizer servings.
Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken & White Beans Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, with sauce 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 tsp dried basil Method: 1. Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with basil. 2. Place bell peppers, beans and tomatoes over the chicken evenly. 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. 4. Serve with pasta or rice.
Crock Pot Artichokes. This seems like a great idea. There's wine - which not everyone uses on Paleo - but I think wine is the most ancient of substances! (Plus after you pour in a cup, you have four hours to finish off the rest of the bottle!)
