Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 pound shrimp salt to taste 6 cloves garlic, minced fine tsp red pepper flakes 2 tbsp cold butter, cut in 4 pieces 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp caper brine cup chopped Italian parsley, divided water as needed to thin sauce
Oven Baked Blackened Tilapia- This was AWESOME!!! And so EASY!! I used white pepper instead of black pepper, Tony's Creole Seasoning instead of cayenne pepper, and tsp of italian seasoning instead of basil & thyme separately. Cooked for 11 minutes.
