Saw-Whet Owls are common in the Northern Hemisphere, but hard to spot. They have a loud too-too-too call, so you're more likely to hear them. They are also one of the smallest owls in NA - about the size of a robin. No tufts.
Blue-grey Tanager (Thraupis episcopus) Frequently seen flying around hotels and suburban area's, the Tobago Blue-grey Tanager is darker and stronger coloured than the Trinidadian Blue-grey, and the most likely Tanager to visit bird tables.
