OMG! I am hesitating to pin this because I am afraid someone will make it before I get to serve it for my event. I made it for my family just to try it and it is one of my new favorite things. It has "WOW" factor!
Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells - Wildtree Recipes. Honestly, the longest part of prepping this dish was waiting for the shells to cook. So easy and tasty. I used 1 lb of chopped fresh spinach rather than the 10 oz of frozen, and added 4 bulbs of chopped garlic and a pinch or two of nutmeg to the ricotta mix. Also, I had no clue what Wildtree Savory Spinach dip was so just used greek yogurt and some Italian seasoning instead. Savory, tangy and QUICK. 10/10
