DIY: Jewelry Organization Idea

Make your own coasters- 4x4 tiles ($.16 Home Depot); 4x4 scrapbook paper; adhere to tile with Mod Podge and let dry; Spray a coat of clear spray paint and let dry; attach felt pads to the bottom. Great Christmas gift idea!

My dad showed me how to do this & I wear mine with my wedding band. It's cool, because the wording on the edge of the coin ends up in the middle of the ring! Do you have a quarter from 1964 or before? If you do, it is made of silver. You can turn that coin into a nice silver band using a spoon, a drill, and a metal file. (And no, it's not illegal.)

Spray painted bottle caps, paint a tray white, arrange dry caps on dried tray, next used "acrylic water" to pour over the caps. 2 part epoxy is sold at HL & Michael's, but it is cheapest at Walmart, in Floral Dept. Follow the directions, mix the compounds and pour it on. It's self-leveling. Wait 48 hours, it cannot be disturbed at all! The acrylic hardens & is ready for use

Photo Candle Holders - use vases from Dollar Tree, pictures printed on vellum and modge podge them to the vase!

Upside down stool with pockets...amazing!!!

Use Elmer's glue to draw the design. Paint over it. Add a glaze.

The easiest and cheapest hair tie DIY. She made 80 for $12.

Amy created the light above the dining table by hot gluing coffee filters to a Chinese paper lantern (she saw the idea on Pinterest). After 2,500 coffee filters, two full days of work and a dozen blistering hot glue gun wounds, it hangs in infamy. Amy and Pinterest currently aren’t on speaking terms.
