Yes let the training begin, I'm a HUGE fan of planks kinda live by them, I tend to alternate between 4 sets of 1:00 planks, then do 3 sets of 10 of plank split hops; plank commando push ups; and plank spider crawl. I can't wait to try all these planks, make sure you tighten your abs to engaged them, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles for a leaner and smaller waist area.
