Mine usually include chicken or chicken sausage, mixed lettuce or spinach, a shredded veggie like carrots or bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and one spoon of sunflower seeds or two spoons of peanuts plus light dressing :) And a few craisins if I need something sweet! The perfect lunch.
