You can substitute the Greek yogurt for low fat cheese if you want that classic cheesecake taste too! You don’t have to use a crust either! I used a pecan crust in this video 😊 INGREDIENTS: • 2 ⅓ cups 1% small curd cottage cheese • 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt • 2 large eggs • ¼ cup plus sugar free maple syrup - I used the brand Lakanto • 1/8 cup granular Swerve • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt INSTRUCTIONS: • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
