Cream together butter & sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in eggs & vanilla . Add cocoa powder, salt & flour and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into greased 8" pie pan. Bake 30-35 min until center is set. Melissa Hunt uses 1/3 cup Sweet Blend, & 1/2 cup protein powder (rather than the flours).
