Golden Corral pot roast: cut of boneless chuck roast. put in roasting pan, cover with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 envelope of lipton beefy onion dry soup mix. surround roast with carrots, quartered onions, chunks of potatoes, stalks of celery. cover tightly with lid, or foil. cook in oven for 3 hrs @ 350. or 8 hours on low heat in crock pot. remove meat, veggies, place on platter. mix 3 tb corn starch with 2tb cold water, mix into broth, stir for 1 minute to thicken and make gravy.
cut slits in tenderloin, put apple slices into slits, drizzle with honey and top with cinnamon, add onion slices on top. i added extra apple slices around the pork and a little apple juice. 3-4 hours on low setting in the crockpot.
