Jack Frost Martini 1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup (4 ounces) light rum or vodka 1/2 cup (4 ounces) blue curacao 1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream of coconut (not coconut milk) 10 to 12 ice cubes Shredded coconut, for garnish Mix together the juice, liquors, cream of coconut and ice; strain into martini glasses. Rim glasses with the shredded coconut. Makes 4 drinks.
Ingredients 3 cups of watermelon 3/4 – 1 cup of lime juice (approx. 10 limes) 1/3 cup of sugar 2 cups of ice 1 cup tequila 1/2 cup triple sec or Grand Marnier Instructions: In a blender, combine the watermelon, lime juice, sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth. Add the alcohol and pulse to blend. Serve over ice cubes and an optional lime slice.
