I usually add some white wine to this for extra flavor...and sometimes I use tilapia instead of fish...and sometimes I do a mash-up of this recipe with the Spicy Cajun skillet fish recipe that is pinned on this board. So yummy!
Brazilian Shrimp Soup: used parsley instead of cilantro, can diced tomatoes, vegetable broth instead of water, added fresh sliced okra, and served soup over top of rice. Will try chicken broth and fresh spicy peppers next time.
