Tatertot Casserole

Easy Chicken Fried Rice is cheaper than take out, and much healthier too! in a little oil heat 1/2 cup frozen veggies, 2 chopped green onions, 1 minced garlic, 1 whisked egg. cook, then add 2 cups leftover rice. leftover chicken (or shrimp on hand) and 2 T soy sauce.

Creamy garlic pasta! I made this tonight and it was the tastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. Who needs to spend money at Olive Garden? This is just as good if not better.

Only requires 15 minutes of prep work. Done in 8 hours. Simple = Amazing.

Chicken & blackbean enchilada casserole!

Pinner say: A friend of mine brought me this when I had surgery. Now it is my "go to" dish for taking to people who have had babies, surgery, etc. 4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Mini tacos: Won ton wrappers in muffin tins filled with taco seasoned ground meat, cheese & bake for 8 minutes at 350. Top with favorite taco toppings!
