Scale: Jacob Hashimoto work using traditional kite-making techniques on a grand scale from his studio in Brooklyn. Small kite elements are handmade from paper and adhered onto a bamboo frame.

Installations by Brazilian artist Ernesto Neto. Strolling through breezy/delicate/gauzy tent worlds, exploring plushy pink organic rooms, or lying around in a giant, pink, shape-forming cushion of relaxation. Ahhh…  Those awesome droplet like hanging pieces are actually filled with spices, so the whole exhibition room smells amazing! LOVE IT!  .

neon design inspiration graphic design Art / Megan Geckler - this is a cool idea for an outdoor room or a room divider. Very inspiring. I'd like to find some beautiful fabric to play with this design at my house.

I like this because we are learning how to manipulate and work with paper, and that is what this installation is made out of. This shows what beautiful things we can make out of paper. Paper is not a limiting material, but you can transform it into something gorgeous.

Now these are the kind of jewels that I hope to get on Valentine’s Day! ♥ I so badly want American artist Kirsten Hassenfeld to hang one of these gorgeous installations from my ceiling! Delicate, light-infused, paper-based mixed media jewels… yes please.
