I can honestly say that I understand my body and mind and it is well with my soul. And in finding myself, it has taught me how to love others much more. I have learned it is important to be aware that no one is perfect and that perfectionism is an illness. The sooner you accept yourself the happier you will be in life and the less you will care what others think of you. I'm still learning to stay positive during stressful times but life is great and i'm happy to be alive! Namaste.
