WHO is still in? We are in the HOME STRETCH!! Do you have access to a stability ball? If you DO then lets try THIS!! The GOAL is about 40 seconds of each exercise with a 20 minute break in between. Prop the ball up against a wall or sofa to make it less challenging. If you DON’T have a ball, You can do these same exercises without. Comment below and let me know how you do! OK everyone- TODAY we an 8 have a Minute Workout Sequence! YOU CAN DO THIS! Do each set of moves for 1 minute & then start from the top and repeat again! 1-2 : Squat, Front Leg Lift, 3-4 : Walking Lunges, 5-6 Squat, Side Leg Lift, 7-8 Glute Kick Back!
